Terms and Conditions for Bubblez and Sudz
1. General Use 
1.1. By using the facilities at Bubblez and Sudz, you agree to these terms and conditions. 
1.2. The laundrette is available for self-service use only. You are responsible for the use of the machines and other equipment in the premises. 
1.3. The laundrette is open Monday 9-6 Tuesday 9-6 Wednesday 9-6 Thursday 9-6 Friday 9-6 Saturday 9-5 Sunday 10-4. Please complete your washing and drying within these hours. 

2. Machine Usage 
2.1. Machines are to be used according to the instructions provided. 
2.2. We are not responsible for damage to garments due to user error, misuse of machines, or machine malfunction. 
2.3. Machines are regularly maintained, but if any machine is found to be faulty, please notify staff (where applicable) or contact us via 07487683056. 

3. Liability 
3.1. Bubblez and Sudz accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items or clothing left unattended in the laundrette. 
3.2. The laundrette operates on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservation of machines is allowed. 
3.3. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained on the premises due to improper use of the equipment or failure to follow these terms and conditions. 

4. Conduct 
4.1. Users are expected to behave responsibly while on the premises. Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the premises and potential banning from future use. 
4.2. Children under the age of 16 must be always accompanied by an adult. 

5. Cleanliness and Maintenance 
5.1. Please ensure that you leave the machines and the laundrette as clean and tidy as you found them. Dispose of all waste in the bins provided. 
5.2. Bubblez and Sudz reserves the right to close the premises for maintenance or cleaning at any time. Any closures will be announced with as much notice as possible. 

6. Payment 
6.1. The cost of using each machine is clearly displayed. Payment is to be made via using the method/s shown. 
6.2. No refunds will be given for unused time or machine cycles once payment is made. 
6.3. In the event of a machine malfunction where a payment has been made but service is not provided, please contact us for assistance at ​07487683056. 

7. Damages and Repairs 
7.1. Users will be held responsible for any damage to machines, equipment, or other parts of the premises caused by negligence or intentional misconduct. 
7.2. If a machine is found to be damaged or in need of repair, please refrain from using it and notify staff or contact us immediately. 

8. Lost Property
8.1. Items left unattended for more than 12 hours will be collected and stored in our lost property area. 
8.2. We will hold onto lost property for a period of 7 days. If unclaimed, the items will be disposed of. 
8.3. Bubblez and Sudz is not responsible for any loss or damage to unclaimed items.

9. Security 
9.1. CCTV cameras may be in operation within the laundrette for security and safety purposes. 
9.2. The footage is monitored and stored in accordance with UK data protection laws. 

10. Amendments to Terms 
10.1. Bubblez and Sudz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the premises and on our website. 
10.2. Continued use of the laundrette constitutes acceptance of any amended terms and conditions.
