Terms and Conditions for Juice Hair Extensions Limited1. General Information 

1.1. By booking an appointment at Juice Hair Extensions Limited, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or at the salon.
1.3. All services are subject to availability. 

2. Appointments and Cancellations 
2.1. We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated subject to availability.
2.2. To secure your appointment, we may require a deposit for certain services or new clients. 
2.3. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the deposit being forfeited, or a charge of up to 50% of the service price.
2.4. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late fee or cancellation charge may apply. 

3. Consultations and Patch Tests 
3.1. A consultation may be required before certain services, such as hair colouring, extensions, or chemical treatments.
3.2. For colour services, we require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure there are no allergic reactions to the products. Clients who fail to complete a patch test may have their appointments rescheduled or cancelled.
3.3. All consultations are non-binding until both parties agree to proceed with the service. 

4. Pricing and Payment 4.1. All prices are available on our website and in the salon. We reserve the right to adjust our pricing without prior notice.
4.2. Final pricing may vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of the client's hair, or if additional products or services are required.
4.3. Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
4.4. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with sufficient notice. 

5. Service Satisfaction 
5.1. We strive to deliver services to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the result, please notify us within 7 days so we can offer a follow-up appointment or adjust the service.
5.2. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will work with you to achieve your desired result. 

6. Client Conduct 
6.1. We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully while in the salon. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of future services.
6.2. Children must be always supervised by an adult while in the salon.
6.3. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility. Juice Hair Extensions Limited is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. 

7. Hair Extensions and Special Services 
7.1. For services such as hair extensions, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
7.2. Maintenance for extensions, such as refitting or adjustments, should be done every 6-8 weeks. Clients are responsible for proper aftercare as advised by their stylist.
7.3. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to extensions due to incorrect home care or external factors. 

8. Health and Safety 8.1. We adhere to all UK health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
8.2. Please inform your stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
8.3. Clients who fail to disclose medical or allergy information that results in a reaction will be responsible for any consequences.
8.4. For health and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse certain services if deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client. 

9. Privacy Policy 
9.1. All client information is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing services.
9.2. We comply with UK data protection laws and will not share your information with third parties without your consent. 

10. Gift Vouchers and Promotions 
10.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period stated on the voucher.
10.2. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
10.3. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice. 

11. Governing Law 
11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2. By booking a service with Juice Hair Extensions Limited, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
