📄 Micro-Site Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tamworth.me! These Terms & Conditions apply to all micro-sites we create and host for small and medium-sized businesses as part of our mission to support the local economy. By requesting a micro-site, you agree to the following: 

✅ What's Included in Your Micro-Site
A professional one-page website hosted on a Tamworth.me subdomain
Up to 5 sections (e.g., About, Services, Contact, Gallery, Socials)
A mobile-friendly, fast-loading layout
One round of minor changes before launch
Hosting, a business QR code, and basic platform support
   
🔄 Amendments & Updates
We know businesses change – here's how we handle updates after your site goes live: 
Minor Amendments (£10 each or £25 for up to 3) 
Swapping or adding a few photos
Updating contact info or social media links
Small changes to existing text
Major Amendments (from £50+) 
Adding new sections or content blocks
Redesigning the page layout
Rewriting large portions of content
Adding special features or integrations
All changes must be requested via email to hello@tamworth.me with clear instructions. 

💡 Ownership & Access 
Your site is hosted on our platform and remains the property of Tamworth.me.
You are permitted to use the micro-site while your subscription is active.
If payment is overdue, we reserve the right to disable the site, QR codes, and related features until your account is up to date.
   
💷 Subscription & Payment Terms 
Standard rate: £5 per week, billed quarterly.
Funded packages may be available—ask us about current promotions.
Once signed up, you agree to a 12-month commitment unless otherwise stated in writing.

🆓Free Sites and Subscription Transition
If your micro-site was provided free of charge as part of a promotional or funded package, it will remain free for an initial period of 12 months from the date of activation. After this period, the site will automatically transition to our standard subscription rate of £5 per week, billed quarterly. You will be notified in advance of this change and given the opportunity to continue on a paid basis, update your details, or request removal before charges commence. Failure to respond may result in suspension of the service.   

🛑 Cancelling Your Subscription 
You can cancel after your 12-month term with 30 days' notice.
Early cancellations do not qualify for a refund.
   
🛠 Platform Support Hosting and technical upkeep are included.
Minor updates can be requested any time via email (charges apply).
We’ll always aim to respond to update requests within 2–5 working days.
   
⚖️ Legal Stuff 
Tamworth.me is not liable for any business loss (e.g. loss of revenue or visibility).
We aim to maintain high uptime, but outages or maintenance may occasionally occur.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
