These Terms & Conditions govern all business listings featured in the Tamworth.me Directory. 
By submitting a listing or claiming a profile, you agree to comply with the terms set out below. 

✅ Eligibility for Listing
Businesses must operate within Tamworth or surrounding areas.
Only genuine, legally trading businesses may be listed.
We reserve the right to request verification of your business identity and location.
   
📝 Submission Guidelines 
Listings must be accurate, honest, and not misleading in any way.
You are responsible for keeping your listing content up to date.
All listings must comply with UK laws and avoid defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive material.
   
⚠️ Grounds for Removal or Suspension 

Tamworth.me reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or permanently remove any listing without notice under the following circumstances: Receipt of repeated or serious negative feedback from the public or other businesses.
Misrepresentation of services, qualifications, or trading practices.
Inactivity or evidence that the business is no longer operating.
Breaches of these Terms & Conditions or other policies set by Tamworth.me.
Listings that, in our sole discretion, negatively impact the reputation, safety, or credibility of the Tamworth.me platform or its wider community.
We may reach out to you before taking action, but this is not always required. 

💬 Feedback and Disputes 
We may use publicly submitted feedback to assess the credibility of listings. If negative feedback is received, we may contact you for clarification. Repeated concerns or unresolved issues may result in suspension or removal.

You may request edits to your listing at any time by contacting us via hello@tamworth.me
We may make editorial adjustments for readability, consistency, or formatting.
   
💻 Platform Responsibility 
Tamworth.me is a free or low-cost directory designed to support local businesses.
We are not liable for business outcomes, leads, or loss of income related to your listing.
While we aim for accuracy, inclusion in the directory does not imply endorsement.
